Tim is a dedicated mortgage professional, and Certified Divorce Lending Professional, with 34 years of experience in the industry. As one of the area’s top lenders, he takes pride in helping clients achieve their financial goals by guiding them through their home loan application process.

Tim has worked with the California Association of Mortgage Brokers/ Professionals as a Chapter President, and on their State Board. He also serves as a board member on the El Dorado County Association of Realtors. His service in the mortgage industry has earned him excellent reviews from both peers and clients. From bruised credit to best credit, he provides knowledgeable solutions for all types of home loan programs. This enables him to find the programs that best meet his clients’ needs given their unique financial situations and homeownership goals.

Tim isn’t just a hardworking mortgage professional. He is also passionate about the community. He served 14 years on the board of directors for the Rolling Hills Community Services District and has helped contribute over $100k to local charities. He’s a father of 2 and married to his sweetheart for over 36 years. His dedication to helping the community has awarded him the El Dorado County Association of Realtors Affiliate Citizen of the Year in 2020, 2021 and 2023.
