Originally from Mexico, Carolina Sepulveda is firmly planted in Southern California. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish. Outside the office she likes to spend time with her 9-year son and active dog named Gizmo. She enjoys the outdoors such as the mountains or beaches or you can also catch her cooking her favorite dishes for her family. 

With 20 years of Mortgage experience Carolina is an expert with Mortgage lending. She can see things that others industry professionals may overlook, allowing her to help clients purchase their homes or refinance their current mortgage. 

Carolina is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for her clients, no matter how complex. She utilizes her dedication to learning, along side with her experience and insight to help better understand the forces that drive interest rates. She does this by staying up to date on the latest complexities of mortgage lending and technology.
