I have been a mortgage loan originator in Southern Oregon for 25 years now. With those 25 years of experience, I have dedicated my professional expertise to making sure my clients achieve their mortgage goals with personalized solutions, integrity, honesty, ethics and efficiency. If they are not ready today, need some help with their credit or guidance with their employment or savings aspects, that is what I am here for. I will educate my clients and guide them in what they need to do to get in the right direction. I am patient. No questions are too small or too big. I want my clients to understand the process and what they are getting into; after all, buying or refinancing a home is a life-changing event. I will turn over every rock necessary to make sure goals are met and the deal closes if it is at all in my power. Just be prepared - you are not just a client to me - you become family!

I am licensed in OR, CA, WA, NV and AZ. I can assist anyone in these states even being home-based in Southern Oregon. In this industry guidelines, rates, programs they all change quite often. I try very hard to stay on top of what is available and the changes that are happening. It is very difficult; however, I am tenacious and will research and not give up on a solution until I have given it my all. 

On a personal side, I am a devoted mother of two beautiful children and a grandmother of three. I am an active volunteer in my community and passionate about supporting local causes. I love traveling, hiking, competitive shooting and I love my animals. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog, who thinks he is a 115lb lap dog, a kitty and my son's lab/hound mix. To be honest, I think they run the roost, and they know it!
