I have mastered the ability to make accurate, timely and practical decisions regarding the lives of those I encounter. I carried these traits into the mortgage world and devote myself every day to being a positive impact on both the homebuyers I serve for, and the Realtor Teammates I support.

Rick Yniguez is the Team Leader for the Home Loan Headquarters team. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has been a resident of Hawaii for over two decades. He entered the residential mortgage profession in 2019 and previously served 23 years in the United States Army, where he operated in countless strategic assignments and critical organizational environments. Rick’s management experience in the mortgage industry consists of a Program Director, two Branch Manager positions, and most recently as a Hawaii Area Manager. 

Rick holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Quality Management (MBA-QM), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BSBA) and a wide variety of leadership, professional development, and operational course completions. He is a Certified Veterans Loan Specialist (CVLS) with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
